The visibility problem in a small fleet

Use history and alerts for specific questions

Geofencing can notify an authorized operator when a configured boundary event is reported, and parking alerts add a vehicle-specific signal. Start with fleet policy and a limited pilot

Before wider deployment, identify which vehicles need trackers, who can access location data and how long records should be retained. Explain tracking to drivers and align the process with employment and privacy requirements. Pilot the device on representative vehicles, verify reporting behavior across operating areas and agree how the team should respond when a unit is offline or a location seems stale.
